B&S is continually searching for the best solutions to seating problems. There is a frequently recurring demand for fixations which allow wheelchair users to be positioned properly in their wheelchairs.

These requests do not only concern functionality, but also quality and appearance.

In short; functional, high quality and an attractive design. And so, we are proud to introduce our range of dynamic belts & harnesses!

From T-model wheelchair trousers, chest/shoulder fixations through to separable H-fixations (see illustration). We offer almost every model in two standard sizes, junior and senior. Beyond our standard range of fixations, our workshop allows us to customize fixations to your individual needs. Feel free, without any obligation, to ask us about the possibilities!

Lockable Release Buckles

The standard design of our fixations includes a ‘normal’ release buckle. However, it is possible for the person wearing the fixation to open this buckle himself/herself. If it is desirable to prevent that he or she unlocks the buckle, then we can equip the desired fixation, which is 2.5 cm (0.98 inch) wide, with lockable release buckles instead.
